Allied Students is a PBSA provider which began operating in Birmingham in 2018. They have been using Concurrent since 2019 to enhance the efficiency of their property management operations and support their expansion into Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh.

Deposits are automatically collected, stored and protected as part of the booking flow without any input from the Allied team. Allied Students feel fully confident in the security of their tenants’ deposits using the integration.
Protection certificates are also automatically sent to tenants, so the team does not have to manually provide updates. Once deposits are protected, the Allied team can easily access deposit protection certificates at any time within the Concurrent platform, offering total peace of mind. The team find it easier to access key deposit protection documents through Concurrent than through mydeposits directly.
