Allied Students use Concurrent’s mydeposits custodial integration to protect tenants’ deposits. Deposits are automatically collected, stored and protected as part of the booking flow without any input from the Allied team. Allied Students feel fully confident in the security of their tenants’ deposits using the integration. 


Protection certificates are also automatically sent to tenants, so the team does not have to manually provide updates. Once deposits are protected, the Allied team can easily access deposit protection certificates at any time within the Concurrent platform, offering total peace of mind. The team find it easier to access key deposit protection documents through Concurrent than through mydeposits directly.

The time taken to create a contract has been cut from approximately 40 minutes per contract to less than five minutes as they no longer have to manually input information and repeat lenghty processes.
